Designed for the three-week 2021 IDEC Competition, STRATA was developed for a Navajo weaving business located in Sedona, Arizona. By taking inspiration from the beautiful Arizona scenery including Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, STRATA withholds a unique layering of materials to mimic rock formations, and elegant undulating curves throughout the space. These elements together within three sustainable shipping containers create a stunning live / work environment for those who work and reside within it.
